- Analyse your specific requirements in order to recommend the best venue, while considering factors such as; cost, service, suitability of conference/meeting rooms, break-out rooms and type of bedroom accommodation required and other facilities.
- Advise on hotel accommodation.
- Arrange inspection visits for our clients or we will attend on your behalf.
- Build a close relationship with the relevant persons to ensure a smooth running event and a successful one.
- Organise parallel events.
- Arrange others services including; telecom services, telephone/video conferencing and broadcasting, etc.
